Advantages of Our Group Practice Concept
At Crows Nest Dental Centre we implement a “group practice” concept which has many advantages over the “solo practitioner” concept for our patients.
Firstly, we actually listen to each other! This means we consider the different opinions and expectations of every dentist and staff member. This creates constant internal pressure within the practice for change and improvement.
The result ? A less conservative and more innovative environment. We believe the more collaboration, the better for everyone.
Secondly, there is the advantage of “on the spot” second opinions available from one’s colleagues. This is particularly useful for a difficult diagnosis and treatment options.
And thirdly, we have the advantage of back-ups from colleagues during times of illness or holidays.
