In-chair, at home, or both
Our in-chair whitening takes around an hour and gives the most noticeable result in a single visit. For a gentler, gradual approach, we can make custom take-home trays fitted to your teeth — and many patients combine both for the best of each. Either way, whitening only works on natural enamel, so we’ll check whether any existing fillings or crowns need attention first to keep everything matching.
Results aren’t permanent — coffee, tea, red wine and smoking will bring some colour back over time, so most patients top up with take-home trays every so often.
